The Non-Restricted Course is $150.00 and covers most rifles and shotguns and is the entry level course. Once completed, it allows you to apply for the federal Possession and Acquisition License (PAL).

About the event
The Non-Restricted Course covers most rifles and shotguns and once completed, allows you to apply for the federal Possession and Acquisition License (PAL). Muzzleloading firearms are also covered in this course and it is an entry level course to firearms. Once the license is obtained you can legally purchase firearms and ammunition in Canada. Minimum age is 12 to take the course and anyone under 18 recieves a minor PAL license when the paperwork is submitted. Once the minor turns 18 they can then send in paperwork to receive the full PAL license.
